Journeymen Electro-Mechanics in Lapel, Indiana

We are seeking a highly experienced Journeymen Electro-Mechanics to join our team at our Lapel, IN plant.
Responsibilities:
-Operate and conduct work in a SAFE manner- understand or able to learn safety principles.
-Troubleshooting / maintaining / repairing electro-mechanical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic machine operations, electric motors, conveyors etc.
-Controlling downtime by informing production workers of routine preventative maintenance techniques.
-Fabricating repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
-Maintaining equipment, parts and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies.a
Qualifications:
-Must be able to read, write, and communicate using English language.
-Must be able to pass mechanical skills test in order to be considered
-Evidence of Electro-Mechanical training must be shown by a completion certificate of an apprenticeship or trade school or have had the on the job experience.
-Must be familiar with the maintenance of electrical, electronics, pneumatics and mechanical equipment of the Packaging Department.
-High School Graduate or GED
-Must have a good work record which demonstrates good attendance and reliability.
-Must be able to work a rotating schedule, with weekend and holiday requirements
